Three steps from request to running your team

  1. Request your workspaceTell us your company name and a work email on the request page. The Merik team creates your isolated company workspace and emails your admin login. You become the admin, and everything your team needs lives in one secure place.
  2. Add your peopleAdd each employee with their department, designation and CTC, and create their login from the Employees module. Each person gets their own employee dashboard for attendance, leave, tasks and payslips.
  3. Run daily operationsMark attendance, approve leave and work-from-home, and track daily tasks with proof and blockers. At month-end, payroll flows automatically from the attendance and leave you already captured.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up Merik?

You request a workspace and the Merik team creates it and emails your admin login — there is no onboarding project or IT work on your side. After that, the time goes into adding your people and their CTC, which most teams finish in an afternoon.

Do employees need to be added manually?

An admin adds each employee — name, department, designation, CTC — and creates their login from the Employees module. Employees then sign in to their own dashboard with that email and password.

How does payroll get calculated?

Merik uses the attendance and leave recorded during the month, together with each employee's CTC, to auto-calculate gross pay, allowances, deductions and net pay for monthly payroll.

Is any technical setup or installation required?

No. Merik is web-based, so there's nothing to install. You and your team simply sign in through a browser.
