Use the request form at merik.in/request-access. A person on the Merik team reviews it, creates the workspace and emails your admin login. It is free, with no card and no setup fee.
Your company's Merik admin creates employee logins, so ask them first. If you have a login and forgot the password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen at merik.in/app and a reset link is emailed to you.
